The Selman restaurant, part of the hotel of the same name, was developed by the talented decorater Jaques Garcia. In sparkling tones of green and purple, it has a large hall with an impressive fireplace, extended to a patio. International cuisine is offered, beautifully presented in brasserie style surroundings.
This is the main restaurant of the hotel that stretches 300 m² in the lobby and has a capacity of 154 cover. Imagined by Jacques Gracia in tones sparkling green and purple which contrast with the grandiose architecture, restaurant Selman austerity is a chic but casual, open on the outside and living. This is why it communicates directly with the reception hall and consists of two sets: one large room with a monumental fireplace sharing the perspective of the lobby and the bar, extended for a covered patio. Open to external clients, he proposed an international card close to that of a luxury brewery, false unpretentious gourmet.
